Chipman Adams maintains a diverse staff of professionals at all experience levels, from graduate interns to licensed Architects with broad experience. As the firm has grown over the years a conscious effort has been made to maintain a "small firm" feel and a friendly, enjoyable working environment. Our projects are handled on a "team" basis, affording each staff member an opportunity for involvement at all phases of our projects. We are committed to the Intern Development Program, and have an active schedule of career development and product workshops to provide each staff member with information on the latest developments in products and technology.

Each staff member is provided with the latest in PC hardware, making use of AutoCad Architectural Desktop, Microstation or 3D Studio software. Project management is supported by specialized time management and office productivity software. We also make use of web-based project communication and information exchange.
